How to add a watermark to every PDF page

Stamp draft or confidential text (or a logo) across pages, then place it with the preview.

A watermark labels drafts, samples, and shared reviews. Add text or a logo, set opacity and rotation, place it on the preview, then apply it to every page.

When to watermark

Use it on review copies and sample proposals. Skip it on signed packets and final invoices that need a clean printout.

How to use it

  1. Open Watermark PDF and upload your file.
  2. Choose text or a logo, then set opacity, size, and rotation.
  3. Drag the preview or use Top, Center, Bottom, and the position slider.
  4. Add the watermark, rename if needed, and download.

Tip: Keep opacity low enough to read the page. Diagonal text around 30 to 40 percent works for most drafts.
