How to merge PDF files into one document
Combine contracts, scans, and attachments into a single PDF, then download the result.
Merging PDFs is often the last step before you send a packet: a cover letter, a signed form, and a few scans. Add the files, set the order, merge, then rename and download.
When to merge
Use merge when you already have separate PDFs and want one attachment. Keep files separate when a portal needs each document under its own name.
How to use it
- Open Merge PDF and add at least two PDF files.
- Drag the list into the order you want in the final document.
- Click Merge PDFs and wait for the progress bar to finish.
- Rename the file if you want, then download it.
Tip: Put the cover page first in the list. Merge order is the page order in the download.
